We decided to take a shorter vacation so we could have the weekend to recover and also get to have some good local fun. On Friday morning we drove up to the San Francisco Zoo after my OB appt. Truman got to hear our little baby girl's heartbeat again, this time much louder and stronger than the first time he came with me when it was both our our first time hearing it.

These two grizzly bears would come right up to the glass and loved their feeding time of apples and fish that they loved to hunt out of the water.

We had breakfast for lunch after the zoo at a little Mom & Pop cafe in San Francisco. Truman had a vegetarian omelet and hash browns and I had fresh toast and eggs. Cheap and yummy!
We had a great time together on our last big trip before our little baby girl comes. I feel so lucky to be married to my best friend, someone who understands me completely and couldn't be any more fun to hang out with. Thanks for all the memories Truman!

What a lovely way to wind up your babymoon adventures! Zoos and corner cafes are always a fun choice. Yum yum!
