Elle Weston - 4 Months

 Grandma McKinnon got us a Groupon to have Elle's picture taken at the Picture People. We loved how they turned out so we just had to get the CD. Elle was a little roly poly and ham all at the same time.

We bought a house!

We just moved from the Bay Area to El Dorado Hills on November 3rd and just when we thought we were all settled in our apartment...we buy our first house! We truly thought it would take us a long time to find the right house and in our price range, but 2 months later, here we were packing our stuff all over again and moving out of another apartment, but this time into a house! 

It is a wonderful house, built in 1997, and located in Cameron Park. There was only one previous owner who kept immaculate care of it. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, ranch style home, with a little over a quarter of an acre, located on a corner lot on a court. We are only five minutes away from family and Truman's work. We just moved in on January 19th and are slowly getting settled...again! We are very excited and enjoying the feeling of permanency.

Happy 80th Birthday Grandma Ruth!

Grandma Ruth made the trek out from Utah to California for her 80th Birthday Bash thrown by her daughter Becky. Three out of her five children were able to come to her party as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Uncle Jamie made an amazing and enormous carrot cake!

My sister Rachel had this cute baby girl end of August just twelve days before Elle. River and Elle will get to grow up living so close to one another and will be the exact same age, how fun!

Ryan is our cousin, so Eleanor is Elle's and River's 2nd cousin. We had a get together with them just right after New Year's so the little ones could meet. Eleanor is just six months older than our babies.
