YOGA

Sorry to disappoint any of you, but no this is not Yoga Rx. This is just normal Yoga haha. I started going to my friend Brittanie's Yoga class last semester at UVSC and I loved it, she is an amazing teacher! I was always telling Truman about it, and now he has started going with me! haha. It is so fun because we get to spend time with each other, exercise, and relaxation all at the same time!

Truman is really good at it, and learned that there's more to it then you would think, Yoga can actually make you sore. I'm the main one that gets sore though! haha.

It's really fun & I hope he can continue coming to Yoga with me!

COLD STONE DATE!!!

Tonight was soooo much fun!!! I was working this morning & thinking about what I was going to make for dinner. When I finished with work, I saw I had a new text message from Truman. In it he said for me to not even think about making dinner because he was going to be making dinner for me at his place at 6pm. It was such a nice suprise!

He made Tacos!!! He had ground beef, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, toasted tortillas, and Spanish Rice. It was all set up when I got there, even a little candle on the table. It was too adorable, I can't even deal with it.

Then we went out to Cold Stones for an ice cream date! We shared the Founder's Favorite, and it was declicious! Fudge, Caramel, Brownies, & Pecans, it was good ice cream!

It was such a fun night!!! :)

We are sorry

I know its been over a month since we touched our blog. It has been so busy with school and wedding and everything, the list goes on. Well I posted some pics (ok -like two) without Amy's touch as you can probably tell. Hopefully tongith we can do som more improvements.

ADVENTURES IN BABY-SITTING

Truman & me baby-sat for my sister Tara for her Christmas present over the break. My nephew Reis is 2 and a 1/2 years old & quite a riot haha. It was sooo fun to baby-sit him! My sister Tara and brother-in-law Mike left us with the Pick Up Stix chinese food & a wild munchkin. He screamed when they left, but Truman & I were just so good, we got him to stop. A little spanking goes a long way hahaha, jk never! Well, lets just say Reis is easily distracted. This veggie egg roll did the trick! As you can see he demolished it. I think most of it ended up on his shirt though.

100% Munchkin

Reis is quite the little cuddle bug and loved to sit right inbetween us at any opportunity --it was really cute haha. We watched "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" at Reis's request, a record number of 4 times. Let's just say, I don't think Truman & I will be watching it again soon...haha.

Yoga Rx

Well....what to say, what to say...haha. Truman has been enjoying checking-out movies from the Provo Library. He knows I like Yoga, and meant well, but maybe he didn't look at the cover good enough?? I've never done Yoga sitting on a chair before??? I guess it's just the cool Yoga Rx style hahah. Jk, he never checked it out, but almost did just so we could laugh at it together, he took a picture instead haha. Thank goodness...

"Happy Happy Birthday Grandma Dear..."

Truman had the oppurtunity to put the party hat on Grandma Ruth! It was a fun time to get together with extended family for Grandma Ruth's 75th suprise birthday party (I think I knew only 3 out of the 10 people that were there).

Pumpkin Pie

I made Truman a pumpkin pie to celebrate him getting all A's! He got a straight A in calculus, and he worked so hard to get it. It made him a pie and with whip cream put a big A on on it. Then the next day we were having left-overs & he brought me out a piece and told me to close my eyes.

He brought this slice out for me, it was so cute!!! ;)
