Elle got a special gift from her Grams:
In addition to the skirt she sewed her and the shirt my Mom embroidered Elle —she made a matching purse with the leftover fabric!
The blue trim on the skirt, the blue 6 on the shirt, and the blue liner, jewel, and flower accents on the purse are all the same fabric —they match! My mom’s gifts are always made with love, I love how she puts these little hearts on all the things sews her grandkids that say ‘Made with Love’ ❤️. They truly are!
My parents also got her this obnoxiously big strawberry Shopkins pillow special request of Elle when she was on a Target outing with them ha ha 🤦♀️. Elle loves it ❤️.
I didn’t get a chance to snap a picture because he was below the deck but my Dad did the fishing game with all the kids. He provided a real fishing pole with string on it and lots of prizes. He would regularly also send them something that they didn’t want like a dirty sock, an empty plastic water bottle, a diaper, or a bag of rocks or grass 😂. Then all the kids would have to yell, “Give me something good fish!!!” He was a big hit and the kids loved mysteriously getting Halloween prizes and candy from “Grandpa Fish” 🐠 🎣. Elle specially requested the “bad” prizes & my Dad is too happy to oblige 😆 —good job Gramps!
